RETENTION & PERMISSION: The development will consist/consists of; 1) The retention permission of a driveway and alterations to front boundary wall for vehicular entrance in the front garden of the existing house. 2) The planning permission for the construction of a new ground floor extension to the rear of the existing house (to accommodate; bathroom, living space). 3) The construction of a new first floor extension to the rear of the existing house (to accommodate; bathroom, bedroom space). 4) New extension roof to accommodate rooflights. 5) New skylights on the rear portion of the existing house roof. 6) Internal modifications and all associated site works. 7) For the existing public footpath to be dished at the front of the site.
