Permission for alterations to existing dwelling consisting of the following works: 1) Alterations and refurbishment works of existing dwelling and to construct a new single storey extension to the side and front of same dwelling. 2) Construct a new domestic garage ancillary to existing dwelling. 3) Block up existing site entrance serving existing dwelling and to construct a new site entrance and driveway to serve same dwelling. 4) Installation of a new wastewater treatment unit and percolation area to serve existing dwelling and all associated site works and services.
