Permission for the construction of a new utilities enclosure and associated works. The proposed development consists of the construction of a permanent prefabricated utilities enclosure within the pharmaceutical production site, of approx. 24.5sqm with a height of up to 4.5m, to the south of the existing IE42 production building with external equipment located adjacent to the enclosure, associated with the operation of the chiller. The proposed development is covered by an existing Industrial Emissions (IE) Directive License N0009-05. The proposed development refers to a modification to an establishment to which the Major Accident Regulations applies.
