Permission for : 1) Demolition of annex to rear of existing two storey dwelling, 2) Construction of single storey porch to front, 3) Construction of single storey extensions to rear, 4) Alterations to existing elevations, 5) Alterations to existing roof including new rooflights, 6) Repair and reconstruction of existing detached outbuilding as proposed garden room, 7) Installation of new wastewater treatment system. Permission for retention of 2 no. existing single storey outbuildings is also sought. Works associated with these outbuildings, for which planning permission is being sought include: 1) Elevational treatment to existing detached storage shed including new windows and doors, 2) Repair and reconstruction of separate existing derelict outbuilding and all associated site works.
