Alterations and extension to existing dwelling house to include 1) Storey and half extension to south gable wall, 2) Raise part of existing roof to provide new first floor bedroom incorporating new box dormer with full height doors onto first floor balcony, 3) Replace windows throughout including forming new corner window to bedroom 1 and 4) Install rooflights to rear roof slope
