The development will consist of the construction of state-of-the-art small craft harbour berths that will provide mooring facilities in all tidal conditions for 32 no. commercial and leisure fishing vessels ranging from 6 to 18 metres in length. The small craft harbour will feature 10 steel piles, a main walkway and multiple finger pontoons. It will be connected to the shore by a gangway, with all necessary safety lighting and service pedestals provided. The proposed site for the small craft harbour is located at the southwestern end of Dinish Island, between the newly constructed eastern breakwater and the extended wharf
