Permission for extensions and alterations :- 1) Extend the existing dwelling to a 3/bedroom residence, with ground and first floor extensions to side and front of the premises. 2) The ground floor extension shall also provide staff changing room facilities – namely commercial use. 3) Install new waste water treatment plant and decommission the existing septic tank. 4) Close existing vehicular entrance and provide new set back vehicular entrance and new car park facility. 5) Provide all associated site works. 6) Carry out a programme of landscaping to generally enhance the property.
