Permission for (1.) Construction of an all-weather playing pitch including associated drainage works, (2.) Provision of perimeter fencing 2.4 meter height over pitch level with 3 meter high ball netting above, (3.) Installation of 6 No. 18.3m high floodlights, (4.) 1.2m high spectator fencing, (5.) Perimeter path, (6.) 2 no. precast dugouts, (7.) New internal roadway and car parking including lighting, accessed through Midleton RFC, (8.) Re-orientation of the existing natural grass playing pitches and all associated site development works within our existing sports facilities ( adjacent to Midleton RFC).
