Planning Permission for a Large-Scale Residential Development (LRD) comprising alterations to the Strategic Housing Development (SHD) permitted by An Bord Pleanála Reference 313827-22 and all ancillary site development works. The proposed development provides for alterations to a permitted part 1-5 storey apartment building (Block A2) and includes the internal reconfiguration of ground floor level to accommodate 3 no. additional 2 bedroom apartment units, resulting in an increase in the number of residential units in Block A2 from 42 to 45 apartment units. The proposed development also includes for a revised internal layout of apartments at upper floors and associated elevational/design amendments. The proposed development also provides for a revised vehicular access arrangement to the site and the reconfiguration of the permitted surface car park serving the apartment building.
