1) Permission for retention for changes to the design and layout of the dwelling house granted under Cork County Council Ref. No. 89/2132 including the following: i) the use of the dwelling house to include short-term letting; ii) minor changes to the location and orientation of the dwelling house; iii) the provision of 1 no. boiler house and 2) Permission for the decommissioning of existing septic tank and the construction of a new wastewater treatment unit and all ancillary development works
