Permission to construct a new 520m² single-storey loading dock extension onto an existing light industrial/warehouse distribution building to serve the existing supply chain business. The development will include (a) The addition of 9no. lorry dock levellers onto the rear of the proposed extension with canopy, (b) Demolition and relocation of the existing graded ramp from the existing rear elevation onto the side elevation of the proposed extension with canopy over, (c) Addition of 3no.lorry dock levellers onto the existing rear elevation and all associated site development works including site lighting, site drainage systems, SUDS and landscaping works.
