permission for: refurbishment of existing dwelling house including: (i) demolition of existing front and rear extensions, (ii) construction of new extension, (iii) installation of new wastewater system including decommissioning of existing system, (iv) associated site works - such overall works which will involve/include the material change of use of a section of open agricultural land to an enlarged residential curtilage for the said dwelling house
