Permission for development at a c. 0.3914 ha site at Seamark Building, Elmpark Green, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 FY58. The proposed development comprises the temporary change of use for 5 years of part of the ground and first floor of the Seamark Building, from office space to healthcare, in order to accommodate the relocation of the existing Saint Vincent's University Hospital Dermatology Department. The proposed works consist of; the fit-out of a new dermatology facility of c. 2,946 sq.m, the provision of an enclosed plant area at basement level of c. 302 sqm & the provision of two rooftop flues to service the new facility and all associated site development works.
