Permission for retention of detached domestic garage, planning permission for retention of a second detached domestic garage as habitable dwelling, planning permission for single storey extension to the west side of existing dwellinghouse and planning permission for extension to the east side of existing dwellinghouse to join to existing domestic habitable garage (for retention), planning permission for changes to existing dwelling house which includes raising the ridge height on the main roof and removing stone and construct new open porch and change to window to front elevation and block up existing balcony to west elevation and widen window, decommission existing septic tank and install new septic tank and percolation area and all associated site works.
