Permission for demolition of single storey extensions to northern side of existing community hall and construction of a 2 storey extension, comprising of 30 children creche facility at ground level, office/meeting space at first floor level, provision of new roof slate finish to the existing community hall roof and provision of PV panels to the southern pitch of the existing roof. The works will also consist of alterations to the front façade of existing hall by introduction of additional windows to the first floor level as well as to the front boundary wall incorporating access-egress, an internal vehicular set down area, a frontage with paved pedestrian area and associated site and land scaping works. This application is located within the curtilage of the Protected Structure (Reg. No. 20907724 Church/Chapel). No works are proposed to the Protected Structure as part of this application.
