Retention Planning Permission is sought by the Orchard Inn Limited for a single storey timber constructed, with a flat roof standalone Takeaway Collection Delivery Pizza Restaurant, built over a parking Island at the loss of 9 car parking spaces reducing the available parking from 140 to 131. The drainage arrangements are to rap into the existing private Old Orchard pub drainage and rainwater will be allowed to fall onto the carpark where the private road gully will pick it up.
