Providing residential community care to children with intellectual and/or physical disability and/or mental illness (referred to as Applicable Persons' hereafter). The dwelling will be used as a residence for 1 applicable persons. There shall be no overnight care exceeding 1 staff member. One room in the building will be used as an Admin room and is denoted as Admin on the enclosed drawings. The overnight staff do not sleep nor reside at the premises.
