The owner provides residential community care to children with intellectual and / or physical disability and / or mental illness (referred to as 'applicable persons' hereafter). The dwelling will be used as a residence for 3 applicable persons and associated care staff. Note there shall be no overnight care exceeding 2 staff members. One room in the building will be used as an 'Admin Room' and is denoted as 'Study' on the enclosed drawings.
