The construction of (i) a new three-level extension to the northern elevation of the existing building 02, (ii) a new five-level extension to the eastern elevation of the existing building 02, (iii) Roof mounted plant and external plant (iv) additional signage together with all associated site development and ancillary works, including local modifications to internal site roads, footpaths and underground drainage utility services. The application relates to a development which comprises an activity requiring an Industrial Emissions Directive Licence. Hovione is notified as a Lower Tier Establishment under the Major Accidents Directive (as enacted by S.I. 209 of 2015).
