Permission for the following: 1) Demolition of the porch, kitchen, attached garage and store sections of the existing cottage. 2) Carry out modifications to the remaining cottage. 3) Construction of extensions to the side and rear of the remaining cottage. 4) Decommissioning the existing septic tank and putting in place a new wastewater treatment system. 5) Carrying out modifications to the existing road boundary walls and entrance, including modifications to a section of the entrance leading to the adjacent dwelling.
