Permission for Retention of alterations to dwelling house. Alterations include: a) Replacement of flat roof over domestic garage attached to the existing dwelling house with pitched roof. b) Alterations to front elevation to include replacement of garage door with no. 1 window to match existing window opes, removal of glass framed sun room & replacement with pitched roof porch. c) Removal of lean to roof & flat roof to rear of dwelling and replacement with pitched roof. d) Alterations to internal layout to include conversion of domestic garage to living space. e) Alteration to rear of dwelling to include block retaining wall, gravel parking area and grass lawn, f) All associated works.
