Permission for alterations and extension to existing dwelling consisting of the following; 1) retention of existing sunroom extension to the side of existing dwelling, 2) permission to demolish existing rear conservatory, for alterations to elevations and the construction of a new single storey extension to the side of existing dwelling and to incorporate a new connecting granny flat unit, 3) permission to replace the existing septic tank serving existing dwelling with a new secondary wastewater treatment unit and tertiary filter to serve same dwelling and 4) permission for construction of an new site entrance to serve existing dwelling and all associated site works and services.
