Permission for alterations to existing derelict dwelling consisting of the following works: 1) For alterations and refurbishment works of existing derelict dwelling and to construct a new single storey extension to the side and front of same dwelling. 2) To construct a new domestic garage. 3) To block up existing site entrance serving same dwelling and to construct a new site entrance and driveway to serve same dwelling . 4) The installation of a new wastewater treatment unit and percolation area to serve same dwelling and all associated site works and services.
