1) Construction of a two storey extension to the rear of an existing two storey detached derelict dwelling, modifications to elevations and retention of a partially completed first floor extension, 2) alterations and change of use to residential of an existing one and a half storey detached farm building, and retention of existing roof, cladding and raised ridge height, 3) construction of a new single storey detached garage and 4) installation of a new wastewater treatment system and percolation area, bored well and all associated works.
