Permission for the following: 1) Retention of existing domestic garage and site boundaries. 2) Permission to construct a new single storey extension to the side of existing dwelling. 3) Permission to replace existing septic tank serving existing dwelling with a new secondary waste water treatment unit and tertiary filter to serve same dwelling and all associated site works and services.
