(A) Permission for Retention of a pre-school development which consists of:- (i) Main classroom building containing two classrooms, sleeping rooms, stores, office, changing, play areas and toilets. (ii) Second classroom building containing a classroom, store and toilets. (iii) Ten kids playhouses/structures. (iv) Six swing sets. (v) Disused caravan. (vi) polytunnel. (B) Permission to install a treatment unit and percolation area to serve this pre-school. (C) Permission for Retention of three storage buildings, all for domestic use and ancillary to the existing dwelling. (D) Permission to install a treatment unit and percolation area to serve the existing dwelling.
