Permission for Retention is sought for existing standalone garden pavilion. Permission for proposed works to consist of the following: 1. demolish existing dilapidated garage and existing house extensions. 2. Remove existing container units and storage sheds. 3. Construct a new 2 storey extension and single storey garage. 4. Install a standalone sauna unit. 5. Reinstate existing single storey cottage and rear extension. 6. And carry out associated site works.
