1) Retention of the change of use of the original building from warehouse and office to a Safety Training Centre. 2) Retention of 13 no. containers for use in association with the Safety Training Centre. 3) Retention of plant used for the purposes of safety training including water tank with pump house, LPG tanks and a fire training platform. 4) Retention of other ancillary development including fencing and gates. 5) Permission for other ancillary development including the provision of accessible and EV parking and additional landscaping.
