The development will consist of the repair and preservation of the existing farm courtyard and structures, demolition of an existing dwelling house and the construction of a replacement 3-bedroom guesthouse served by an effluent treatment tank and polishing filter, the provision of a standalone garden structure, the provision of footpaths, landscaping and all associated site development works.
