Permission to construct a new 520m2 single storey loading dock extension onto an existing light industrial/warehouse distribution building to serve the existing supply chain business. The development will include a minor alteration to the existing northern boundary along with: a) The addition of 9 no. lorry dock levelers onto the rear of the proposed extension with canopy. b) Demolition and relocation of the existing graded ramp from the existing rear elevation onto the side elevation of the proposed extension with canopy over. c) Addition of 3 no. lorry dock levelers onto the rear elevation and all associated site development works including site lighting, site drainage systems, SUDS and landscaping works.
