Permission for construction of a 550.85 sq.m extension of the existing workshop and for elevational changes to the existing workshop and for elevational changes to the existing building. The extension will consist of a new workshop area, administrative spaces and welfare facilities. The elevational alterations will consist of the upgrade of the external cladding to the existing workshop building. In addition, new signage will be added to the northern elevation. The works also include the removal of temporary site installations, provision of drainage and all associated site development works.
