Permission for the following works to existing dwelling house: (i) demolition of existing partially constructed extension, (ii) removal of one chimney stack, (iii) installation of one roof light, (iv) construction of new extension, (v) replacement of wastewater treatment system, (vi) fenestration changes, (vii) replacement of existing flat roof, (viii) all associated site works and (ix) permission for retention of mobile home on site for applicants usage for a period of two years, during construction
