Permission for a) partial demolition of rear single storey extensions and roofs (previously used as a bar/restaurant), b) construction of a new masonry rear wall to the existing kitchen, c) change of use of remaining rear building from restaurant to residential and single storey extension to same, all to comprise a 2-bed townhouse with private garden to rear and boundary wall, d)construction of 1 no semi-detached 1-bed single storey residential townhouse, with private rear garden and boundary wall, e) new rear access side passageway formed to provide access/ egress from existing restaurant building to laneway at rear of property, f) change of use of existing detached toilet and store buildings to residential bin and bicycle storage, restaurant bin and storage areas, all associated hard/soft landscaping, site services and all other ancillary siteworks. The proposed works are within the curtilage of a protected structure, RPS ref no.2455, NIAH ref no. 20815082
