1) Change of use of the existing garden centre to a repair depot and storage yard to facilitate the operation of portable cabin hire and sales business. 2) Construction of a new machinery store/workshop which will be used for: i) The servicing and repair of portable cabins. ii) Secure overnight parking of transport vehicles associated with the business. 3) All associated site works, including site layout adjustments, internal circulation arrangements, waste management and service provision necessary to support the proposed use.
