Permission for the development proposed amendments to the previously permitted development (Cork Co Co reg. ref. 22/5081) of a two-storey dwelling house with garage will consist of: a) increase the height of the house to allow for mechanical ventilation and all associated works, b) minor modification to internal layout and elevations, c) additional roof lights to east & west elevations
