1) Permission for retention of foundations for detached domestic garage. 2) Permission to demolish conservatory to the side of the existing dwelling house and rear flat roofed extension to rear of existing dwelling house. 3) Permission to construct a single storey porch to the front of the existing dwelling house. 4) Permission to alter the roof pitch of the existing dwelling house along with the installation of new windows and rooflights and to convert the existing attic to habitable space. 5) Permission to make elevational changes and internal alterations to the existing dwelling house. 6) Permission to construct a detached domestic garage upon the existing foundations for which retention permission is being sought. 7) Alterations to the existing vehicular entrance to include the widening of the entrance gate along with all associated site development works.
