Permission for the following works: 1) Alternative entrance location to position granted under Pl.Reg.No. 23/6101 to facilitate: a) Safe access of dwelling occupants accessing the public road at a level gradient. b) Improvement & reconfiguration works to existing on site land drains/storm water arrangements to facilitate storm water run off from adjoining dwelling/public road and existing dwelling currently under construction, driveway and proposed entrance. 2) All associated site works.
