Development will consist of the following: i) Demolition of existing two-storey dwelling and external stores; ii) Construction of two-storey replacement dwelling, incorporating south and west facing terraces; iii) Construction of open garage, iv) Landscaping works, including localised regrading, removal of non-viable trees, and restoration and replanting of existing gardens; v) Connection via pumped discharge to Uisce Eireann foul sewer on N71, including provision of pipework along the access road and construction of an outfall manhole at edge of public road; and vi) all other associated ancillary site works
