(1) The demolition of the existing steps and embanked landscaped areas. (2) The erection of a single storey modular building to provide 2 No. classrooms. (3) The construction of new external ramped and stepped access routes with hardstanding area and retaining wall. (4) Provision of planters along inside of the boundary wall and fence. (5) All other associated site development works, including all foul and surface water drainage works.
