The proposed development will result in modifications to previously permitted residential development as granted under Reg. Refs. 14/05275 and An Bord Pleanála Ref. PL04. 244181 and 15/5755 and An Bord Pleanála Ref. Pl04.246068. The proposed development consists of the construction of 6 no. dwelling houses (change of house type from 4 no. permitted 2/3 storey 4 bedroom detached houses to 6 no. proposed 1 storey 2 bedroom detached houses, an increase in density and all associated site development works) on a site area measuring circa 0.34 hectares. The Boundary of the subject site is a protected structure, Extension of Duration to Permission Granted under Planning Ref. No. 20/4442.
