A) Permission to construct a single storey extension to the front (West) elevation, B) Retention Permission for the as built existing single storey rear extension (37.9m²). *Note: Rear extension was previously granted Permission under PL. Reg. No. 21/05915, but this existing extension at the time was built bigger, the parapet overhang was revised and some ope revisions to the rear and side (South) elevations of existing dwelling.
