Permission for the following works to the existing storey and half cottage, 1) construction of a single storey extension to side & front/rear with entrance porch to the rear, 2) renovation of existing cottage to include alterations to elevations & new dormer windows/skylight to the rear, 3) upgrade an existing entrance for use for same, 4) the installation of a bored well, wastewater treatment system & percolation area and all associated site works
