Permission for refurbishment, alterations & a single storey rear extension to an existing derelict dwelling, a septic tank wastewater treatment system & associated site works including modifications to the existing roadside boundary. Permission is further sought for retention , completion & change of use of an existing structure constructed on the site, originally proposed to be a domestic use garage under planning ref. 23/4296. It is now proposed to retain this structure as a home office, home gym & storage area ancillary to the main dwelling along with its dimensional differences from that granted under 23/4296.
