Permission for a change of plan to the proposed dwelling granted planning permission under Pl.Reg.No. 24/6399. The change of plan refers to an increased lower ground floor footprint and associated change to the north elevation. The overall development seeks planning permission for the construction of the following; 1) A second site entrance to allow for full site wheelchair accessibility to the lower ground floor, 2) A new two storey detached dwelling with rooftop plant room, 3) An open sided covered carport at lower ground floor level, 4) all associate site works.
