Permission for the following works to existing dwelling house: (1) retention of change of location of site entrance, (2) retention of extension, (3) construction of 2 storey extension, (4) installation of 2 no. rooflights, (5) construction of porch, (6) construction of external plant room to North East Elevation, (7) decommissioning of existing wastewater treatment system and replacement of same with new wastewater treatment system, and (8) for all associated site works
