(1) Retention of existing storage unit at western side of existing site and extension of single storey toilet block and office accommodation on existing warehouse on north and west elevation respectively. (2) Partial demolition of existing warehouse on south elevation, demolition of existing killen unit at east elevation. (3) Proposed extension of new warehouse to south and east elevations and all associated site works.
