The development changes consist of the following for which retention is sought: Main dwelling: (1) Reduction in ridge and eaves heights and relocation and resizing of windows and doors to suit. (2) Omission of bay window. (3) Addition of single-storey store/boiler room to the northern gable on the ground floor. (4) Reduction in floor area to the first floor. Garage: (1) Increased ridge height and addition of first floor accommodation ancillary to the main dwellinghouse. (2) Relocation and resizing of windows and doors. Shed/Store: (1) Addition of new shed/store.
