1) Demolition of the existing single storey toilet block to the north west elevation of the existing school. 2) Removal of the two chimneys from the roof of the existing school. 3) Construction of a single storey classroom (circa 80m2) to the north west elevation of the existing school. 4) Construction of a link corridor (incorporating an accessible w.c. and store) between the new classroom and the existing school. 5) Construction of new window openings to the north elevation of the existing school. 6) Internal alterations/refurbishment works to the existing school. 7) All associated site works.
