Permission for the following works to existing dwelling house:- a) demolition of existing single storey rear extensions to dwelling and attached storage sheds, b) for new single storey extension to said dwelling with roof garden to first floor, c) for alterations and fenestration changes to windows of existing dwelling, d) for decommission of existing septic system and for installation of a new waste water treatment system to serve said dwelling, e) for all associated site works
