The development will consist of: 1. Demolition of existing front porch. 2. Demolition of existing timber shed connected to the rear existing house. 3. Construction of a single-storey flat roof front extension consisting of an entrance porch, a disability bedroom and a living area. 4. General remodel, upgrade and adaptations for disability access of the existing dwelling at ground floor level and general remodel and upgrade of the first-floor level to suit the new proposed layouts including new external insulation at the front, side and back of the house. 5. All drainage, structural and associated site works to be implemented.
